  2. In a cooking pan, sauté 1 medium 2 oz. (50g) capsicum (peppers) & 1 medium 2 oz. (50g) onion (both cut into dices) in 1 tbsp. of butter until they turn golden brown. Keep them aside.
  3. Whisk the entire contents of this pack with 10 fl. oz. (300ml.) of water in a bowl to form a smooth mixture. Cook this mixture for 8 -10 minutes or till the gravy becomes thick.
  4. Add 10.5 oz (300g) paneer and cook for further 2 minutes.
  5. Add 5 fl. oz. (150ml.) of milk slowly while stirring continuously, add sautéed capsicum and onions and cook further for 3 to 4 minutes or till the gravy becomes thick.
  6. This Mix contains oil, salt and spices. Add salt to taste.
