  2. Whisk the entire contents of this packet with 10 fl. oz. (300 ml.) of water and 3.5 oz. (100 g) of curd (yogurt) in a bowl to form a smooth mixture.
  3. Sauté 12.5 0z. (350 g) of chicken (small pieces) in 1 tbsp. of butter on a medium flame till it turns golden brown. Add the mixture from the bowl and cook till the gravy becomes thick (8-10 minutes).
  4. Slowly add 3.5 fl. oz. (100 ml.) milk while stirring continuously and cook further for 10 - 12 minutes or till the gravy becomes thick.
  5. Note: There is no need to add oil or salt to this recipe as it already contains these ingredients.
