  2. Sauté 12.5 oz. (350g) of chicken in 1 tbsp. of butter on a medium flame till it turns golden brown.
  3. Whisk the entire contents of this packet with 10 fl. oz. (300ml.) water in a bowl to form a smooth mixture. Add this to sautéed chicken and cook until the gravy becomes thick (8-10 minutes).
  4. Add 7 fl. oz. (200ml) of milk slowly while stirring continuously and cook until the gravy becomes thick (5-6 minutes).
  5. This Mix contains oil, salt and spices. Add salt to taste.
