A rich and aromatic tomato based gravy preparation with a rustic flavor. Best served with naan or aromatic Basmati rice.

Ingredient List

  • Small check mark in a circle icon 10 fl. oz. (300ml.) Water
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 3.5. oz. (100g) Curd (yogurt)
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 1 tbsp. (20g) Butter
  • Small check mark in a circle icon 3.5 fl. oz. (100 ml.) Milk

Preparation

  1. Whisk the entire contents of this packet with 10 fl. oz. (300 ml.) of water and 3.5 oz. (100 g) of curd (yogurt) in a bowl to form a smooth mixture.
  2. Sauté 12.5 0z. (350 g) of chicken (small pieces) in 1 tbsp. of butter on a medium flame till it turns golden brown. Add the mixture from the bowl and cook till the gravy becomes thick (8-10 minutes).
  3. Slowly add 3.5 fl. oz. (100 ml.) milk while stirring continuously and cook further for 10 - 12 minutes or till the gravy becomes thick.

Tips

  • There is no need to add oil or salt to this recipe as it already contains these ingredients.
