- 1 packet Sujata Sauce Mix for Hyderabadi Chicken
- 14 oz. (400g) Chicken
- 14.5 fl. oz. (425ml.) Water
Preparation
- Take 14 oz. (400g) of chicken, entire contents of this packet and 14.5 fl. oz. (425ml) of water in a cooking pan. Mix it well.
- Cover with a lid and cook until the chicken is tender & the curry becomes thick (around 20 minutes).
Tips
- This Mix contains oil, salt and spices. Add salt to taste.
